I don't know either's sizes well, but I'm gonna go Veterupristisaurus

I picked random

Looked at some skeletals, I think they're both around the same size. Also we can't just assume Eocarcharia is taller since, correct me if I'm wrong, I don't think we have leg material from Veterupristisaurus.

Veterupristisaurus is just 2 or 3 caudals from separate specimens

^^I get the size information from Dinosaur Facts and Figures: The Theropods, so I trust their scaling. But for now I guess this is an ambiguous situation.
