Jakapil was a recently discovered dinosaur that was once considered to be a very late surviving basal thyreophoran. However, this interpretation has now been challenged, as the GVFT nests it as very weird offshoot of birds.
The skeletal of Jakapil (top). The creature is related to Saurolophus and all of the short winged birds.
