In the film, 65 the crawler in a pretty ridiculous looking design, legs as long as its body, tiny head full of teeth that look Ai generated as well as a face that changes depending on the shot. but I could not stop thinking about it for some bizarre reason, for weeks after seeing the movie my brain tried to comprehend how it moved, how it related to other animals. some have said it is lagosuchus, but I found that to be less believable, than it being a whole new species,.

In terms of redesign, it I first made it less emaciated than it was in the film with a more athletic look, the baggier skin and pose is based off a monitor lizard. I also tried to make this an actual dinosaur instead of weird long legged thing, so I made the skull more megalosaurid, the palms face inwards and are based off ceratopsians.
