In season 1 it was the T.Rex whose head looks nothing like a T.Rex or any other Tyrannosaur. It has a very weird lower jaw and flaring nostrils, a feature only present in mammals.
Season 2 has the Shamosuchus that looks nothing like a Shamosuchus and the Xiphactinus that is missing entire bones from its head.
Edit: Also, Beelzebufo probably couldn't move its head like it does in Swamps. Most frogs can't.
This goes to show that it isn't the scientifically accurate godsend you all praise it to be. It irritates me how it prides itself in being the most up-to-date piece of paleomedia out there, yet it isn't truly accurate, or at least as accurate as it claims to be.
