I'm not sure about that, if you watched the dinosaur battle series Oviraptor's from they go faster then their shrinkwrapped bodies could actually go

1. Oviraptor

2. Carnotaurus

3. Saurophaganax

4. Tsintaosaurus

5. Giganotosaurus

6. Barchiosaurus (it's literally the slowest one of the lot lmao)

Oviraptor was 18.3 km/h faster than Carnotaurus.
