The head is literally that of a Tyrannosaurus, at first I thought they just stuck a rex's head on the model and it barely looks like Jakapil, the only thing that indicates it is Jakapil is that it's an Ankylosaur that walks on two legs.

The adult Rexes also have osteoderms in the movie iirc
