Speed doesn't matter as much as agility, and Spinosaurus would have that advantage, believe it or not. Due to its more flexible tail, it would be able to bend its tail towards its body and reduce air resistance when turning. Acrocanthosaurus, with its stiff tail, would not turn as well.
