Kratos is probably more powerful in raw strength, but Doomguy has longer range weapons, VERY strong armor, the crucible blade, and killed the creator of life. Kratos may have killed some (not all) Greek gods and Norse gods, he didn’t kill the creator of all life.

Also I looked it up. Seek and ye shall find,

Okay nobody's even able to decide anymore, many people just scream "KRATOS!" or "DOOMGUY!"

Plus as one mentions, they’re both immortal but in different ways. Kratos is like a Pheonix, when he dies he is reborn, stronger thank before, but doomguy is literally just immortal. He can’t die. It’s canon too.

Actually considering their immortality it would be a draw.
