Actually, it makes sense about the Devastation ability, because in most games, there are abilities that are only available at low health, like in Minecraft when you get the Wither to around half health, it starts summoning wither skeletons.

Maybe not bleed immunity, but bleed reduction. Bleed immunity should only be used for thyreophorans and ceratopsians.

If your Carch is bleeding, you could use that move to try an at least reduce the bleeding state it's in and maybe regain a little bit of health in rare cases.
