From the pictures chilanta looks quite a bit larger

Nothronychus would be stomped by Cristatusaurus, Bactrosaurus would probably be stomped by Chilantaisaurus, and Cristatusaurus would be absolutely ripped to shreds by Chilantaisaurus.
