Dilophosaurus spitting poison and having a drill could be seen has speculative (kinda like those air sacs in Prehistoric Planet uh oh) however a Pyroraptor jumping into not just any water, but frozen over water, cold enough that it freezes thick enough to hold two people and the dinosaur, this is almost as stupid as the Baryonyx who shrugged off a little lava

If I had to guess, it's most likely mixed with some kind of bird since some of them have webbed feet like penguins, and if that's the case then that's a very interesting decision.
