I think Jaekelopterus would win, it would have had a much more powerful grip if it grabbed Anomalocaris with those claws.

Just imagine being grabbed by these claws of the Jaekelopterus, if you were grabbed, you'd be pretty dead.

Jaekelopterus is horrifying.
