The most distinct they could get is by being another pachycephalosaurus species, like Pachycephalosaurus hogwartsia, or Pachycephalosaurus spinifer. No way in hell would they be distinct genera. Also, UCMP 556078 exists.

It's definitely not a wastebasket taxon, that and junior synonyms are completely different things.

Both of them are cool dinos with bumpy heads (but Stygimolochs also had spikes)
