I've never seen this question asked so I'm asking it, if two dinosaurs, with similar anatomy and other stuff wanted to have children, would it be possible? Without scientists and all that junk?
No it only would be posible in cases like Babies of a female tyrannosaurus rex and a male tyrannosaurus imperator or babies of a male spinosaurus marrocanus and a female spinosaurus aegyptiacus
If it can happen in birds (there's a good website summarizing that here (https://avianhybrids.wordpress.com), I see no reason why non-avian taxa couldn't do it.
It's possible. Natural hybrid animals do exist such as the Pizzly Bear. They would just have to have excellent close genetic code and it possible be like a Donkey or Liger.
